STATEMENT:  “This meeting is being held in compliance with the Open Meetings Act. The provisions of

                                 the Open Meetings Act are posted on the wall in the rear of this meeting room for public

                                 inspection".

 1.   Open Hearing and Roll Call.

 2.   Public Hearing. Application For Variance (VAI-2008-A3) request from Jim and Mary Went

in regards to the maximum sq.ft. requirement (864 sq. ft.) for an accessory building located on

a property in the R2 - Medium Density Residential zoning district as provided in Article 5, Section 5.07.5a Special Provision 2 of the City of Fairbury, Nebraska Zoning Regulations – 2005 Edition. Discussion; taking of any necessary or desired action.

2.   Public Hearing. Application For Variance (VAI-2008-A4) request from Jane Campbell

in regards to the maximum sq.ft. requirement (1,080 sq. ft.) and maximum height requirement (15’) for an accessory building located on a property in the R1 - Low Density Residential zoning district as provided in Article 5, Section 5.06.5a and Special Provision 2 of the City of Fairbury, Nebraska Zoning Regulations – 2005 Edition. Discussion; taking of any necessary or desired action.
