STATEMENT:  “This meeting is being held in compliance with the Open Meetings Act. The provisions of

                                 the Open Meetings Act are posted on the wall in the rear of this meeting room for public

                                 inspection".

 1.   Open Meeting and Roll Call.

 2.   Public Hearing.  Application For Variance (VAI-2008-A1) request from Timothy and Janel

HYNEK in regards to the minimum side yard setback distance (5') for an accessory building located on

a property in the R3 - High Density Residential zoning district as provided in Article 5, Section 5.08.5a of the City of Fairbury, Nebraska Zoning Regulations – 2005 Edition. Discussion; taking of any necessary or desired action.

 

3.   Public Hearing.  Application For Variance (VAI-2008-A2) request from Parkview

Manor/Fairbury Housing Authority in regards to the minimum sq.ft. requirement for an accessory structure located on a multi-family property in the R3 - High Density Residential zoning district as provided in Article 5, Section 5.08.5a Special Provision 3 of the City of Fairbury, Nebraska Zoning Regulations – 2005 Edition. Discussion; taking of any necessary or desired action.

 

4.    Discussion of Board of Adjustments to authorize Zoning Administrator of Building Inspector to set the

public hearings as required by statute. 

 

  5.   Comments from the public on non-agenda items.   

 

  6.   Adjourn Hearing.
