STATEMENT:  “This meeting is being held in compliance with the Open Meetings Act. The provisions of

the Open Meetings Act are posted on the wall in the rear of this meeting room for public

inspection".  The City Council reserves the right to go into executive session in accordance with Section 84-1410.

 1.   Open Hearing and Roll Call.

 2.   Approve minutes of Board of Adjustment/Planning Commission November 18^th, 2008 joint meeting “as amended”.

 3.   Discussion.  Recommendation to the City Council on proposal to publish in the paper and/or insert in the light and water bills a notice of Building Permit requirements.  Discussion; taking of any necessary or desired action.

 4.    Discussion.  Recommendation and Suggestions to the City Council on enforcement of building permit requirements.   Discussion; taking of any necessary or desired action.     

 5.   Public Hearing. City of Fairbury, Nebraska 1 & 6 Year Street Improvement Plan for 2009 - 2014.

            Discussion; taking of any necessary or desired action.

 6.   Comments from the public on non-agenda items.   

 7.   Adjourn Meeting.
