STATEMENT:  “This meeting is being held in compliance with the Open Meetings Act. The provisions of

the Open Meetings Act are posted on the wall in the rear of this meeting room for public

inspection".  The Planning Commission reserves the right to go into executive session in accordance with Section 84-1410.

 1.   Open Meeting and Roll Call.

 2.   Approve minutes of the Planning Commissions January 12^th, 2009 hearing.

 3.   Discussion and recommendation to the City Council regarding the notice of Building Permit requirements insert for the light and water bills and recommendations from the City Attorney pertaining to the aforementioned insert.  Discussion; taking of any necessary or desired action.

 4.   Discussion and recommendation regarding correction of a typo in the City of Fairbury, Nebraska Zoning Regulations – 2005 Edition.  Discussion; taking of any necessary or desired action.    

 5.   Comments from the public on non-agenda items.   

6.     Adjourn Meeting.
