STATEMENT:  “This hearing is being held in compliance with the Open Meetings Act. The provisions of

the Open Meetings Act are posted on the wall in the rear of this meeting room for public

inspection".  The Planning Commission reserves the right to go into executive session in accordance with Section 84-1410.

 1.   Open Hearing and Roll Call.

 2.   Approve minutes of the Planning Commissions April 13^th, 2009 meeting.

 3.   Special Use Permit.  Request (SU-2009-002) from Carole Sprunk for home occupation (Day Care Center).   Discussion, taking of any necessary or desired action.

 4.   Discussion in regards to adding Child Care Home to Permitted Uses in all Residential Zoning districts.

 5.   Discussion regarding changes to section 4.13 A of the Fairbury Zoning Regulations – 2005 Edition.

 6.   Discussion and recommendation to the City Council regarding the vacating of a portion of Anna Street located East of Lot 1, Blk 2, Warren Place (201 West 4^th Street) and West of Lot 3, Blk. 1, Warren Place (133 West 4^th Street).  Discussion; taking of any necessary or desired action.

 7.   Comments from the public on non-agenda items.
