STATEMENT:  “This meeting is being held in compliance with the Open Meetings Act. The provisions of

the Open Meetings Act are posted on the wall in the rear of this meeting room for public

inspection".  The Planning Commission reserves the right to go into executive session in accordance with Section 84-1410.

 1.   Open Meeting and Roll Call.

 2.   Approve minutes of the Planning Commissions May 11^th, 2009 hearing ‘as amended’.

 3.   Special Use Permit.  Request (SU-2009-03) from Jennifer Schwisow for home occupation (Tanning Salon).   Discussion, taking of any necessary or desired action.

 5.   Resignation of Steve Siefford

 7.   Comments from the public on non-agenda items.   

8.   Adjourn Meeting.
