STATEMENT:  “This meeting is being held in compliance with the Open Meetings Act. The provisions of

the Open Meetings Act are posted on the wall in the rear of this meeting room for public

inspection".  The Planning Commission reserves the right to go into executive session in accordance with Section 84-1410.

 

1.   Open Hearing and Roll Call.

2.   Approve minutes of the Planning Commissions August 10th, 2009 meeting.

 

3.   Special Use Permit.  Request (SU-2009-05) from Greg Hergott to build an apartment on lot 11 & S 6" of S 1/2 of lot 10 BLK 31 Original Town, Fairbury Ne. [306 E Street] in the General Commercial Zone .   Discussion, taking of any necessary or desired action.

 

4.   Public hearing regarding request for changes to section 4.13 A of the Fairbury Zoning Regulations – 2005 Edition (requiring accessory buildings be located only on lots with principal buildings) Discussion; taking of any necessary or desired action.

 

5.   Comments from the public on non-agenda items.   

 

6.    Adjourn Hearing.
