STATEMENT:  “This meeting is being held in compliance with the Open Meetings Act. The provisions of

the Open Meetings Act are posted on the wall in the rear of this meeting room for public

inspection".  The Planning Commission reserves the right to go into executive session in accordance with Section 84-1410.

1.     Open Meeting and Roll Call.

2.     Approve minutes of the Planning Commissions November 9^th and December 14^th, 2009 Hearings.

3.     Public hearing.  Discussion and recommendations regarding changes to section 4.13 of the Fairbury Zoning Regulations – 2005 Edition. Discussion; taking of any necessary or desired action.

4.     Discussion and recommendation regarding City of Fairbury, Nebraska 1 & 6 Year Street Improvement Plan for 2010 - 2015.  Discussion; taking of any necessary or desired action.

5.     Recommend and Vote for Fairbury Planning Commission officers.  Discussion; taking of any necessary or desired action.

6.     Discussion and recommendation regarding changes to maximum size limits of accessory buildings in all Residential Zoning districts of the Fairbury Zoning Regulations – 2005 Edition.  Discussion; taking of any necessary or desired action.

7.     Comments from the public on non-agenda items.   

8.     Adjourn Meeting.
