A.                 Call to Order

1.       Pursuant to Section 84-1412(8) of the Nebraska Open Meetings Act a current copy of the Open Meetings Act is posted in the entry of this meeting room and is available for viewing by the public.

2.       Motion to Convene.

B.                Current Business

1.       Approval of the March 3^rd, 2009 minutes. 

2.       Discussion and recommendation regarding the suggestion to place a 4-Way stop at the corner of 7^th and E Streets.

3.       Consideration of and recommendations on Maintenance/Management Agreement between the City of Fairbury and the Fairbury Area Softball Association.  Term of agreement October 1, 2008 – October 1, 2011.    

4.       Public comments on non-agenda items.
