A.           Call to Order

1.     Pursuant to Section 84-1412(8) of the Nebraska Open Meetings Act a current copy of the Open Meetings Act is posted in the entry of this meeting room and is available for viewing by the public.

2.     Motion to Convene.

B.           Current Business

1.     Approval of the March 31^st, 2009 minutes.  

2.     Discussion and recommendation regarding the street department’s request to lease a 2009 New Holland model L 185 skid loader.

3.     Discussion and recommendation regarding Ron Brackle’s request to landscape the F Street terrace from 4^th Street to 5^th Street.

4.     Discussion regarding operation of the swimming pool.

5.     Public comments on non-agenda items.
