1.     Pursuant to Section 84-1412(8) of the Nebraska Open Meetings Act a current copy of the Open Meetings Act is posted in the entry of this meeting room and is available for viewing by the public.

1.     Approval of the August 18^th, 2009 minutes. 

2.     Discussion and recommendation regarding parking signage on the eastside of E street between 5^th and 6^th Street.

3.     Public comments on non-agenda items.
