Open Enrollment for Budget Billing for the 2025-2026 Plan Year (October 1, 2025 - September 30, 2026).
Residential customers who wished to enroll in the budget billing/level pay program and met the criteria outlined in the application, were required to complete the Budget Billing Application and return it to the Fairbury Light & Water Office by September 12, 2025.
