Telecommunications Occupation Tax
- The Nebraska State Legislature recently passed LB1023 which lowers the telecommunications occupation tax that can be collected from 5% to 4%. On November 5, 2024, the City of Fairbury adopted Ordinance No. 3126 incorporating this reduction.
